Roberto Bartolomei Parentoni is a criminal lawyer since 1991, graduated from the UniPinhal Law School and post-graduated from the Mackenzie University Law School, specializing in Criminal and Procedural Criminal Law.

He is the founder of Parentoni Advogados law firm and is recognized for his vehement advocacy in defending the legal rights and guarantees of his clients. He is a professor, strategic consultant of the firm, contributing to the success of criminal defenses with his legal knowledge and practical experience. He is active in the Jury Trial and Higher Courts.

Author of several legal articles published in specialized magazines, websites, and newspapers, he has written legal books such as “Prática da Advocacia Criminal” (2007), “Alterações no Processo Penal” (2008), “Advocacia Criminal: A Arte de Defender” (2017), and “Advocacia Criminal: A Arte de Defender – 2nd edition” (2019). He has a DVD work titled “Prática da Advocacia Criminal – Box 5 volumes”, reissued in 2023 and offered as an online course under the title “Advocacia Criminal – A Arte de Defender”.

He is a speaker and delivers lectures throughout the country on Law, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Practice, Jury Trial (over 350 trials conducted), and professional prerogatives, among other topics always related to Criminal and Procedural Criminal Law, to numerous Law Students, Lawyers, for the Public Defender’s Office, among others, being recognized by his colleagues and clients as one of the best Criminal Lawyers practicing in Brazil.

As a practicing lawyer, professor, and writer, he contributes to improving criminal practice because “in practice, theory is different”. He also promotes the valorization and defense of the prerogatives of lawyers throughout Brazil.
